More Than 26,000 Students Took Admission In Delhi University

DU Admission 2018: More than 26,000 admissions have been done in Delhi University so far. After the second cut off, on the last day of admission, 4003 students took admission. On the last day, 150 admissions were canceled. After the second list was issued, there were 10,000 admissions in two days. A total of 26,291 admissions have been done till now on the first and second cut off base.

The second cut off was released on 24th June. Explain, admission has been closed for the popular courses in all the major colleges of the university. After the first cut off, many DU colleges have got more seats this year compared to last year. Due to the seats being filled in the first cut off, many colleges did not release the second cut off.

After the first cut-off of Hindu College, Ramjas College, Gargi College, Miranda House and Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, most of the seats were filled. After which the second cut-off was not released. As a result, admissions for many courses were also closed.

Let us know that out of the applicants, 1,44,248 boys, 1,34,297 girls and 29 other applicants. According to a university official, so far 2,78,544 candidates have deposited the fees. Last year 2,20,000 candidates had deposited the fees.
