Graduating from Shri Ram College of Commerce in 1989, Mr. Abhishek Dalmia completed his articles from Price Waterhouse and excelled in his chartered accountancy examinations.
After completing his education in 1992, he handled family businesses before becoming an investor. Starting with secondary market equities, he moved on to investing in private equity in 2003. Since acquiring majority and minority stakes in a few companies, he has been shepherding those investments.
He has been an active member of Young Presidents Organization since 2006 and has been serving on the Board of the Delhi Chapter since 2008. Over the past seven years, he has also been involved with a Gurgaon-based NGO (www.literacyindia.org), which has been running schools for the underprivileged since 1995. They have over 20 centers spread across the country.
A Mechanical Engineer and a through Professional, Mr. Neeraj Mittal has more than 30 years of experience in Line Management and Project Management. He has a vast experience in Real Estate Functions.
Before Joining Renaissance Living Spaces, he spent about Six years in Bharti Retail Limited (Joint venture with Wal-Mart Intl. USA) as Head of their Real Estate – Commercial Function. His in-depth knowledge on Real Estate Market in India and his critical analytical inputs with innumerable negotiation skill has brought many good properties to the company.
Before Bharti Retail Limited he had been with Dalmia Group for more than 17 years in their companies in India and Abroad. He was involved in deal development, project due diligence, business and cash flow planning, market analysis and project oversight.
